Topic: "Using Charitable Lead and Charitable Remainder Trusts for Your Wealthy Clients"

Program Description: 

David will provide a fast paced and entertaining program discussing the creative use of charitable remainder and charitable lead trusts.  CRT topics will include “tax-exempt mutual fund”, “private pension”, and “gain deferral”.  CLT topics will include “FLP CLAT” and “Shark-Fin CLAT”.
