"Beyond Testamentary Capacity: Undue Influence in Dementia and Mild Cognitive Impairment"
While many individuals with mild dementia can meet criteria for testamentary capacity, vulnerability and susceptibility to undue influence occur much earlier in the course of cognitive decline. This presentation will address the factors that contribute to that susceptibility, and strategies to recognize and mitigate those risks.
